## Reading the tables

Each CSV keeps the table's rows and cells as printed, including header rows, section rows and footnote markers. Values were not retyped, recalculated or reformatted.

`table-3.csv`, `table-4.csv`, `table-5.csv` have merged cells or section rows, so some rows have fewer cells than the header. Read them alongside the article.
