Overview

This release contains the derived inputs, pooled estimates, source identifiers, search records, supplementary results and analysis code used for The information in diagnostic tests. It reproduces 273 diagnostic profiles and 4,104 study-result appearances, including information and post-test probabilities at 5%, 20% and 50% starting probabilities.

Methods

    The release retains derived study-level 2 x 2 counts, source identifiers and selection records while excluding restricted original packages and full article text.

  2. 2

    The supported reproduction command recalculates all 273 profiles and 4,104 study-result appearances, two bootstrap analyses, equal-review medians and three primary models.

  3. 3

    The source manifest fixes every included file by byte count and SHA-256. The ConductScience archive preserves those 142 listed files plus the source manifest.
